Refund Policy

At Bob Player Canada, we provide digital products (license codes/subscriptions). Due to the nature of these digital goods, we have a strict refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General: No Refunds
Because we deliver digital codes that are sent and can be used immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. The right of withdrawal expires the moment the code is delivered to you, as the product cannot be “returned” like a physical product.

2. Exception: Defective Codes
The only exception to the above rule is if the code we provided is demonstrably non-functional or defective.

  • Procedure: If your code does not work, you must contact us with proof (e.g., a screenshot of the error message).
  • Solution: In this case, we will first replace the non-working code with a new, working code.
  • Only if we are unable to provide a working code will you be eligible for a full refund.

3. User Responsibility
We are not responsible for situations where the code works, but the user is unable to activate it due to a lack of technical knowledge.

  • No refunds for lack of knowledge: Not knowing how to enter the code or configure the settings is not a valid reason for a refund.
  • We assume that the buyer has the basic knowledge required to enter IPTV codes or playlists.

4. Exclusion of Liability for Applications
We only sell the access codes. We are not the owners or developers of the Bob Player application or any other app you may use.

  • We are not responsible for bugs, crashes, updates, or the application malfunctioning on your specific device (Smart TV, phone, TV box).
  • Issues with the app itself do not entitle you to a refund for the purchase of the code.

5. Timeframe: Within 24 Hours
To prevent abuse, we apply a strict time limit for complaints.

  • Any request for a replacement or refund must be submitted to us within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Requests received after this 24-hour period will not be processed and do not entitle you to a refund or replacement.
